This Guide will also take you through the steps necessary to submit a new Entity Report when a new financial interest arises during the year, and how to edit a current Entity Report if there has been a change in an existing financial interest. University of Iowa faculty, staff and students engaged in research are required to update financial interest disclosures within 30 days of any changes. eCOI is available to users throughout the year, 24 hours a day, for convenient updating.
